Our Clients
We work with many types of clients. We bring the same effort to all we work with … a promise of transparency, cost-accountability, and focus on the success of their project.

Home Owners
When we work with homeowners, we make sure that we are clearly communicating. We take every effort to make sure they understand what we ask of them as well as the design and approval process.
Land Developers & Builders
Working with industry professionals brings a requirement to clearly understand their project goals. Costs are critical and schedule is essential. Everything we do is contained in a clear and concise agreement.
Civil Engineers
Much of our work is done for other civil engineers. This is because today, it often makes more sense for civil engineers to optimize their full-time staff and augment them with specialists as they are needed. We commonly provide water quality and hydraulics or hydrology consulting for their projects. We are comfortable working with other engineers.
Architects
Working with architects requires a critical understanding of the designer’s roles in the project. The Architect is “captain of the ship” and they demand clear, coordinated scopes of work from all on the design-team. We regularly work on these design teams and have many long-established relationships with architects.
Working with Other Engineers
A large portion of our work is done with and for other Civil Engineering firms. (Learn More here…) We work with other engineering firms and design-teams because many projects today are very demanding and often by working in teams we make it possible for smaller firms to compete with larger ones. Currently, we routinely work with over a dozen engineering design firms in both California and Colorado. This is a focal point of our business plan because it answers many of today’s business challenges for the firms we support.
